How do I set up SoftMailCheck?
- Click on the "Configure email
account(s)" button.
- Enter a name for your email
account in the ISP field.
- Enter the POP3
Server used by your ISP.
- Enter the email account login
name.
- Enter your email account password.
- Click on the "Add New Entry"
button.
- Add email addresses to the Approve
and Delete lists.
- Repeat the above for any other
email accounts you have.

| The POP3 Server is a type
of mail server used for incoming mail. To find details of your POP3 Server go
to your email provider's website and look under their support/help
section. |

| How do I filter emails with SoftMailCheck? |
- Start an Email Check by
selecting the Email account that you wish to check from the drop-down
list.
- Click on the "Check Emails"
button.
- Whilst SoftMailCheck is performing
an Email Check there could be some Emails waiting that do not appear in the
Approve or Delete lists. You can add the Email address to the Approve or Delete
list as required.
- Next time you open your Email
software only the Emails you have approved will be downloaded.
