Messages not being received

Symptoms The recipient does not receive the text message.     Solution   Please check to make sure that you have entered the correct mobile number in the correct format. i.e. the British number 07234123456 becomes +44 or 0044 7234123456. The recipients mailbox could be full and so is unable to receive messages.
