The recipient does not receive the text message.
   
Solution  
  • Please check to make sure that you have entered the correct mobile number in the correct format. i.e. the British number 07234123456 becomes +44 or 0044 7234123456.
  • The recipients mailbox could be full and so is unable to receive messages.
