Winsock Error

Symptoms Winsock Error: (11001) (11002) (10054)     Solution If an error message such as Winsock Error should appear whilst using a BuzzSoft product, it could be caused by one of three things. Connection to the server has failed. Try connecting again later. If you are using an ISP such as AOL, hotmail, compuserve etc, these will not work with our BuzzSoft products due to Non standard internet protocols. Winsock error 11001 is caused by either a typing mistake or a non-existent SMTP server. Please check the settings in end user personal details.
