Solution
Please install the latest version of your BuzzSoft product and visit our Scanner Problems section to download the latest scanner driver from the scanner manufacturers website.

If a black page is still produced please visit our Downloads section for a patch to rectify the problem.

If the problem still persists, please ensure the Use Sheet feed option is not selected, if this fails to solve the problem please change the video mode.
