  • There was a problem logging onto your email account
  • Timed Out
   
Solution
  1. A mistyped entry in your email details. Please check the following:
    • POP3 Server used by your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
    • Login Name supplied by your ISP
    • Password
  2. At present AOL, Compuserve & HotMail are not supported by SoftMailCheck. These Internet Service Providers do not provide a real POP3 Server and so cannot be configured for use with SoftMailCheck.
  3. The Internet could be busy. Please try again later.
