Symptoms
  • Activation Key.
  • Installation aborts.
  • Locks during installation.
  • Runtime error.
  • Setup fails to run automatically.
   
Solution
  1. The Activation Key is found on the CD-ROM case or packaging.
  2. If your BuzzSoft product will not install or aborts during installation it may be a corrupt disk, please contact BuzzSoft for a replacement disk.
  3. If your BuzzSoft product locks during installation please disable any anti-virus programs or installation monitoring software, such as Clean Sweep and Norton.
  4. If you get a Runtime error please re-install your BuzzSoft product.
  5. If your BuzzSoft product does not auto-run your CD-ROM drive may not be set to run automatically. To install your BuzzSoft product please follow these steps:
    • Double click on My Computer icon
    • Double click on your CD-ROM drive.
    • Then double click on the setup.exe file.
