Image Size

Symptoms Shrinks image to 2" x 2" square in top left hand corner of page. Slight stretching/shrinking of image. Scans a portion of the page and enlarges it to fit whole page. Prints smaller copy than the original.     Solution Install the latest version of your BuzzSoft product. If after installing the latest version of you BuzzSoft product any of the above problems still persist, please ensure the Use sheet feed option is not ticked. Chops 1/2" off the bottom of the document when printing. Resize the scan area in the preview window of the scanner user interface so that it is set to A4 to solve the above problem.
