Symptoms Application Error General Protection Fault Access Violation Error Illegal Operation     Solution Solution If any of the above error messages appear please ensure you have the latest version of your BuzzSoft product installed, visit our Scanner Problems section to download the latest scanner driver from the manufacturers website and obtain the latest version of BuzzTWAIN from our Download section. If you are using Artec Viewstation A6000C+ scanner and a General Protection Fault appears please ensure the Use sheet feed option is not ticked. If you are using Mustek Scan Express 6000P scanner and an Access Violation Error appears please reinstall the current scanner driver. Our products require full TWAIN compliance. EZ-TWAIN is a sub-set of TWAIN. Scanners which are only EZ-TWAIN compliant may not work with BuzzSoft scanning software. These include scanners from Spot and Emerald. Please contact the manufacturers to obtain TWAIN compliant drivers
