Solution  
Your existing driver supplied by your scanner manufacturer does not support scanning without the use of its User Interface (UI). It is a requirement of TWAIN compliance that the driver supports the ability to disable the UI. Please visit our Download section for the ForceUI patch.

If the above error message appears please visit our Scanner Problems section to download the latest scanner driver from the manufacturers website
